6 features that set Uni-Wall apart:

1. Higher performance: Controlled production environment
   Since Uni-Wall is unitized, it is factory-assembled, sealed, and glazed. The system provides significantly higher performance than stick-built curtain wall, in terms of movement, load bearing capacity and water penetration.
   
   We even pre-assemble complex corner units in-house for dramatically quicker and simpler installation.
2. Faster installation: In 1/5 the time
   Speed of installation is one of the most critical factors impacting overall project cost and schedule — especially during the winter months. Our completely fabricated panels are shipped and erected immediately, eliminating the lengthy process of glazing and capping.
   
   And since the building can be wrapped horizontally from the inside, Uni-Wall requires only about 1/5 the labor required with stick-built curtain wall.
   
3. Greater flexibility: 3-Way anchor system
   Our custom aluminum anchor system allows installers to easily adjust the unit in 3-directions to automatically plumb panels. This provides the flexibility to adapt to variations in the building frame.
   
4. Greater strength: All-bolt Design
   Uni-Wall's all-bolt design avoids the weakening of aluminum caused by welding. Our approach ensures structural integrity while making fabrication and erection faster. As with our skylights, all fasteners are concealed for a clean, uncluttered look.
   
5. More customization options: Stone, Terra Cotta, External Shading Systems
   Uni-Wall panels can be customized to include much more than just glass in the spandrel area of the unit. Current projects in development include stone inserts and terra cotta. External shading systems and window washing channels can also be incorporated into our framing system.
6. Greater choice: A Range of Sizes, Shapes and Construction Methods
   Uni-Wall provides you with the flexibility to adjust system sizes and incorporate custom extrusion shapes to meet environmental, engineering or aesthetic requirements.
